I was sitting on one of the bar stools at my counter a few days ago, checking my e-mail, and was surprised to have gotten a note from CSN Stores, asking if I’d like to host a giveaway of one of their products! So I started thinking about what I might like to give you, and I kept thinking back to Twitter conversations I’ve had recently, in which I was surprised at how many of you are cutting yourselves in the kitchen! I thought: “What should everyone who prepares a meal have as standard equipment in the kitchen?” The answer: a cut glove! I bought one for myself about a year ago, and I can’t tell you how much more confidence wearing it gives me when handling those sharp knives and slicers.

I've always joked that I need a Kevlar glove, but if you combine my "knife skills" with my sharp knives…umm…yeah…I need a glove.
I am wild with a pastry bag, but girl, I am downright self destructive with a knife- help Jedna stay together!
I'm moving to Sweden in March. My husband usually does all the cooking, but he'll be working full days (Right now, we work nights.), so I'm having to learn to cook for the first time in my life. Needless to say, due to this fact, my knife skills are not up to par, so if you'd like to keep me from cutting off my finger by mistake, then I'd love to win this glove!

As the mother of four daughters, who are all good cooks, we spend a lot of time in the kitchen together, cooking. Of course there are mishaps and band-aids are always available. I have seen my butchers wearing these gloves, but never thought of getting one for ourselves!
I want one because I'm always cooking and cutting veggies. And I don't have one yet.

You wouldn't believe how many times I've cut myself (down to the bone) on a microplane grater. It's to the point that I've stopped using them completely! I'd love to have one (or two) of these gloves!

Yes this is a great glove to have if you use a cleaver to slice or chop meat like I do.

I like to process and prepare our food in bulk, so when I get back from shopping I get busy with the knives.One tool that speeds my job is my mandolin slicer…but not if I use the food gripper, which never seems to work right.
