The PhotoHunt theme this week is “Tied”
By the time you see this, it will be Saturday, October 24th. My oldest niece is getting married tonight, the first of the three sisters. I’m super-happy for her, but simultaneously kind of sad. I remember the night she was born, and yes, I’ll admit it: I feel old!
Anyway, I’m sitting in a hotel room answering e-mail, checking stuff out, and for the PhotoHunt this week, I thought I would post something romantic, like holding hands, or something like that. And then I saw this:
Here are the real “ties that bind.”
Have a great weekend! And don’t forget to stop back tomorrow and all week-long for the #GreatHallowTweet Halloween Bloghop! Nineteen bloggers (including yours truly) listed in that bright orange sidebar over there on the left, will be blogging about Halloween: food, drink, maybe some ghost stories… You never know from one day to the next what fun might be in store!

Yeah, people sometimes talk about the internet like it's all bad (sex sites, internet addiction, etc.). But it's via the internet that I keep in touch with lots of friends as well as family — especially those who don't live in the same part of the world as me.

I hope your niece has a wonderful wedding. I didn't even think of my cords which are all tied together. Great idea for the theme.
